Return and Refund Policy
At Crawdaddy’s of Randolph, we strive to provide the highest quality service, food, and experience.
Food, Beverage & Related Services
All sales are final sale/non-refundable. Replacement meals or restaurant credit via gift card may be provided at the discretion of restaurant management. Management reserves the right to make final decisions on all meal replacements, refunds, or restaurant credits.
Packages & Tickets
All sales are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Only legitimate tickets with matching ticket numbers purchased directly from Crawdaddys's of Randolph will be honored. Tickets can only be purchased through www.pearsonscrawdaddys.com or in person at Crawdaddy's of Randolph. Crawdaddy's of Randolph will not honor fraudulent tickets.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates
Gift Card/Gift Certificates are final sale/non-refundable and should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards/certificates it will not be replaced. Not redeemable for cash. Purchase or use constitutes acceptance of terms. Subject to NJ law. Expires 5 years from purchase date.
Nonfood Goods & Products
Nonfood goods and products including, but not limited to, apparel or toys, are final sale/non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
Guests with allergies must inform us immediately of any allergies and request ingredient lists to make informed choices about their food. Please be aware that our kitchen handles ingredients containing allergens (seafood, shellfish, nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.). While we strive to accommodate special dietary needs, ultimate responsibility for managing food allergies lies with the customer and customers assume all risks associated with allergies. The restaurant is not liable for adverse reaction to food or beverage consumption.
The restaurant is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Customers are responsible for their own valuables.
